HI Calibre Engineering (HCE) was established in 2012 by a group of qualified engineers and project managers with extensive experience in Design, Project Management and Consulting to meet a growing demand in industry for a partner able to project manage and deliver multifaceted engineering solutions.

Most clients find it challenging to set up a project team able to provide the entire project management skill-set from engineering, detail design, construction as well as commissioning and qualification. Our ability to cover the full range of project demands under one roof, provides clients not only with a one-stop-shop, but also with peace-of-mind. Combining detail engineering and design with strong project management abilities is further enhanced by our flexible project execution options, ensuring clients get the high-quality end product they require. 

Having recognised the need for deep experience in the project execution in a specialised field, such as pharma, HCE is striving to become the South African industry leader in project execution of Process Clean Rooms and associated services. Delivering both competency and compliance, we ensure total adherence to all the latest specifications and trends from regulatory institutions (such as PIC/S, SAHPRA, FDA and WHO).

HCE has steadily grown, from a small core group of staff members to a 60-member strong team, able to cover all engineering fields, with special focus on the food and pharma industries.
